Fees & Insurance

Finding the right therapist is hard enough — figuring out how to pay for it shouldn't add to the stress. I want to make this part as simple as possible.

I'm currently in-network with BlueCross BlueShield and Aetna, and I also see clients who pay directly. Some clients prefer it that way — it gives you full control over your treatment decisions, complete privacy, and no limitations set by a carrier. Either way, the treatment is the same.

If you have a different provider, you may still have benefits that cover a portion of your sessions. I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt with the diagnostic and procedural codes you need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

There are also apps that make the reimbursement process even easier — you simply upload your receipt and they handle the rest. A few worth looking into: Reimbursify, Thrizer, and Mentaya.

Session fees

Initial Diagnostic Session (90 minutes) $230
Individual Therapy Session (50–60 minutes) $175

Cancellation policy

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client who may be waiting for an opening. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

You don't need a diagnosis or the right words. A consultation is simply a chance to talk through what's been going on and see if we're a good fit.
